Measure display program QMSOFT® / QM-DeviceServerEfficient and convenient measurement means the online take-over of measurements from a connected measuring device. Therefore, the QMSOFT® system offers with the label QMSOFT®/QM-DeviceServer different program modules performing the online communication with all common measuring instruments. The QMSOFT®/QM-DeviceServer feature can also be used stand-alone, for retrofit of older length measuring machines or as interface between third-party software and a length measuring machine. The connection to the computer is based on serial cable or special PC interface cards (Heidenhain IK220, Heilig & Schwab, G4.5).
The program can be used together with all of the QMSOFT® inspection modules as a device-independent “source” of measure values. |
